Description: 1 Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4. This apartment has a very large south-facing terrace that catches the sunshine all day long, so that you can enjoy your apertif as the last rays of the sun disappear behind the mountain. The terrace has sea views and is furnished with 3 sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs. It is partly shaded which enables you to enjoy your meals “al fresco” even during the heat of the day.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd (top) floor but can be accessed via some steps down from the road level at the rear of the apartment or up from the forecourt. There is parking both at the rear and on the front forecourt, although being only 200m down to the beach and amenities such as supermarket, buses, bars, restaurants etc. a car is not a necessity.
The accommodation consists of bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside drawer units and ceiling fan; a shower room with toilet, hand basin, and vanity unit; lounge/dining room has two single sofa beds, open plan kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Both the lounge and bedroom open out onto the terrace. There is a washing machine.
WINTER SPECIAL: 120 euros/week plus utilities for rentals of more than 8 weeks.
