    Description: The villa is located only 50m from Mojácar beach and its spectacular promenade. It is conveniently located for supermarket, restaurants, buses etc. It is only a 10 minute bus ride up to the unique, hilltop, Moorish village of Mojácar or 15 minutes on to the nearby fishing village of Garrucha, and the new Marina del la Torre golf course.

    This Spanish style property is on one level with a large lounge/dining room opening out onto the south facing, private garden and partially covered patio area with garden furniture. The main bedroom has double bed while the 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has full size bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is road parking in front of the villa. The lounge is equipped with a climate control unit which serves as air conditioning in the summer and heating, on a the rare occasions its needed, in the winter. Sleeps 7
