Description: This spacious apartment is situated 150m from beach, and is convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, buses etc.
It is accessed from the road level through its own garden and patio area via a couple of steps. The terrace has a retractable sun awning to provide shade for those who wish it, sun loungers, and patio chairs and table. The main bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 single beds and window or patio door opening out onto a small enclosed inner patio area – very useful for drying washing. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, hand-basin and toilet.
The lounge/dining room has a TV/video and patio doors which also open out onto the terrace. There are louvered shutters for those who wish to have the patio doors open for fresh air, but keep out the sun. The open plan kitchen is equipped with microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. There is a shared pool, garden and terrace. There is road parking.
