The large kitchen has dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, etc. and there is a washing machine located in the enclosed patio.
This property is located a couple of minutes drive from the town of Garrucha with its great variety of shops, restaurants, leisure marina, etc., 10 minutes from the Vera Water Park, from the old town of Mojacar, and many other leisure pursuits. Due to its hillside location a car is recommended but not essential.
