    Description: The duplex is situated only a couple of minutes walk down to the beach, supermarket, bars, restaurants, buses, etc. It is in a small complex of only 15 apartments and although it is located on the 2nd (top) floor it is accessed by a flight of steps down from the road behind the complex. There are a number of parking bays outside the apartments and further parking on the forecourt downstairs.

    The property consists of an entrance hall, from which the kitchen, cloakroom and lounge/dining room are accessed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, microwave and washing machine. Both the kitchen and lounge open out onto the spacious, south-facing terrace with superb sea views and all day sunshine. The downstairs consists of bathroom, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, air conditioning and both bedrooms have access to a further terrace on the lower level – also south facing and with sea views.
