The main bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds while the 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed plus an extra "rollaway" bed. There is a bathroom shared between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The lounge is equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs and satellite TV. The large kitchen has dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven, etc. and there is a washing machine located in the enclosed patio.
This property is located a couple of minutes drive from the town of Garrucha with its great variety of shops, restaurants, leisure marina, etc., 10 minutes from the Vera Water Park, from the old town of Mojacar, and many other leisure pursuits. Due to its hillside location a car is recommended but not essential.
